Bourbon and Branch is an authentic speakeasy located in downtown San Francisco complete with secret rooms and hidden entrances. Set in the 1920s during Prohibition, Bourbon and Branch is popular for locals and tourists who want to enjoy a cocktail made with fresh ingredients and quality spirits. If you are eager to learn and looking to work in a fast-paced environment, the Host position at Bourbon and Branch may be right for you. We are looking for persons who have experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub location and those who are interested in providing an elevated hospitality experience. Open seven days a week. Most shifts will be between 3pm and 3am.ResponsibilitiesGreet, seat and respond to all guest inquiries with a superior level of customer serviceResolve customer issues by working with servers and management, when neededAnswer all phone calls, emails and event inquiriesAssist in end of day close out as necessaryOpen and closing duties may be requiredQualificationsExperience in beverage or hospitality industry highly desiredDemonstrate an ability to interact with many types of customers effectivelyMust have strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredHas or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification21+ years of age or olderBenefitsHourly rate is $19 + tipsCompany sponsored medical/dental/vision benefits are offered to all qualifying employeesMatching 401(k) is offered to qualifying employeesFuture Bars is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
