This role is split between 2 departments: Kinship Support
Services Program and Contra Costa Prevention Program.Who We

position will be responsible for the oversight and management of
the CFT program. The role involves supervising program staff,
ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering partnerships to
support the well-being of children and families.JOB
SUMMARYSchedule: Working hours will vary based on program and
family needs and will encompass various hours and days from Monday
to Sunday, as part of a flexible 40-hour work week.The Program
Supervisor hires, develops, trains, and manages program staff to
ensure quality services to youth and families, utilizing shadowing,
coaching, and/or other activities that allow the observation of
staff in action. Coordinates and supervises daily program
operations, assures adherence to policy and procedures, regulatory
and licensing standards, and ensures fiscal stewardship of program
funds.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develops and supervises staff including hiring, coaching,
training, disciplining, and terminating.
- Oversees and supports the implementation of treatment
plans.
- Ensures family voice and is culturally responsive to internal
and external customers.
- Consults with clinical and medical staff about treatment plans,
youth and family issues, progress, and needs.
- Completes all required documentation and ensures the same with
direct reports.
- Supports staff in following all risk management and incident
reporting procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all policy and procedures including
adherence to all licensing, quality, Information Technology (IT),
Human Resources (HR), compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Ensures clinical documentation and quality assurance meets both
agency and payor standards, including audit-ready charts and
continuous quality improvement.
- Ensures and monitors defined outcome achievement for youth and
families and satisfaction levels for youth, families, and referring
workers and agencies.
- Partners with county referring departments, agencies, and the
community to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manages operations including utilization of resources such as
all administrative electronic systems.
- Proactively identifies potential conflicts, leads parties to
consensus, and develops solutions.
- Facilitates and coordinates work groups as well as
participation in cross-functional teams.
- Assumes a leadership role in the development of the team.
- Provides a variety of learning opportunities for staff
including in-classroom courses and field supervision and
coaching.
- Works closely with the clinical program manager to ensure full
implementation of the agency service philosophy.
- May be responsible for a caseload.
- May meet with clients in the field and have a productivity
expectation.
- Position-specific duties and responsibilities may vary
depending upon the program.
- Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to

- Bachelor of Arts or Science (B.A./B.S.).
- Bachelor's in Behavioral Science preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social or mental
health services delivery or residential care supervision.Equal
