Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Employment Law to
support its global business operations with a focus on employment
and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on day-to-day employment matters for a global
technology company
Draft and review various employment-related documents and corporate
policies
Assist in compliance training, audits, and investigations related
to employment matters
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in
the U.S
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in employment law
Experience with multi-national companies
In-house legal experience with a technology company preferred
Compliance experience with a global organization preferred
