Merchandiser

FULL-TIME

$23/hr

--- Drive through assigned territory to call on established accounts and perform required service.
--- Transport products from on-site storage area to shelves and coolers.
--- Rotate existing products and place new products on the shelves following our strict rotation and stocking policy.
--- Clean and organize on-site storage area after completion of stocking product.
--- Refill existing displays with products from the on-site storage areas.
--- Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM
Shift length: 10 - 13 hours
While training 5 days/week, after 4x10's; must be available weekends and holidays

  • Must be at least 18+ years old Possess a valid driver's license and liability insurance. Maintain a clean DMV record (less than 3 points). Use your own vehicle for work to travel to a variety of store locations (auto allowance paid). Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Perform hard work in a fast-paced environment. Successfully complete a background check, physical, and drug screening. Bring previous retail or grocery experience (preferred). Have one to two years of merchandising experience. Exhibit flexibility to work on weekends and holidays. Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening. Undergo a background check. Maneuver a fully loaded hand truck, operate a pallet jack, and work around forklifts efficiently. Lift items repetitively from floor to waist, chest high, and above.
