Title: Director, Enterprise Leadership / Talent DevelopmentLocation: San Rafael, CAJob Type: FTE/PermanentHybrid role with on-site presence required twice per week.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Learning & Development Leader to drive the development of scalable learning environments and programs that align with business strategy and meet the needs of different stakeholder groups. The role will involve managing a portfolio of learning programs, service providers, and budgets, while ensuring program effectiveness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of creating a best-in-class learning environment and program structure aligned with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Manage a portfolio of learning programs (leadership, manager, and job-agnostic professional development), service providers, and budgets with a focus on improving effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead the development and execution of a career development framework to provide a compelling employee experience.
• Develop and implement a people manager development framework focused on on-the-job proficiency to complement training programs.
• Drive leadership development programs aligned with talent reviews and succession planning to accelerate the leadership pipeline.
• Provide thought leadership and define an enterprise leader capability-building strategy to foster innovation and growth.
• Lead the articulation of business cases and drive the adoption of innovative digital and social learning platforms for efficient program delivery.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Communications, and external service providers to manage stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Partner with other teams to integrate programs that contribute to organizational goals, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• Work with learning groups across the organization to share best practices and enhance the learning experience for employees.Foundational Capabilities

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in learning and development.
• Experience managing a portfolio of learning programs and solutions end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, psychology, or instructional design.
• Proven experience in program management for large-scale capability-building initiatives.Preferred Requirements
• Global experience.
• Master's degree in business, management, psychology, or instructional design.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., R&D, operations, commercial).
• Experience scaling an organization.
