Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program and Implementation Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact projects to enhance operational workflows and
customer experience across solar programs
Facilitate collaboration among product, operations, and engineering
teams to ensure project clarity and execution
Identify process inefficiencies and develop actionable
recommendations based on data analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA
or equivalent experience preferred
3-5+ years of experience in product management, project management,
or operational strategy, preferably in solar or energy sectors
Proven success in developing and scaling new products or programs
from concept to execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for
decision-making
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, operations, and customer care
