Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager for Commercial
Accounts (Remote U.S.).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen client relationships and identify service
requirements
Manage communication with stakeholders and ensure adherence to
service level agreements
Prepare operational reports and coordinate ad-hoc requests for
clients
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in the healthcare field
2+ years of experience in business process analysis and
improvements
Public and private sector healthcare experience
Proven history in managing multiple projects for client
contracts
