Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Manager to work alongside our Americas Marketing Team and support all integrated marketing efforts to launch and sustain multiple titles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing and gaming.Work with Americas Marketing Team to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and purchases for our titlesResponsible for trafficking creative assets from internal teams to external agency, partners and teams.Support teams with purchase orders, budgeting, legal and ESRB approvalsSupport in the management of day-to-day relationship with media agency & internal media teams, providing timely updates, assets & direction, and managing timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved throughout planning and execution phasesContribute to development of retail marketing plan in collaboration with channel marketing teamLiaise between PR, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ideate relevant activations and campaignsContribute to event briefs, and support event teams to ensure effective & on budget execution of briefLiaise with Commercial and Insights teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each marketBe a true expert on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and cultureProvide timely updates, assets and direction, along with managing timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved throughout planning and execution phases.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
